Highland Shores Custom Builds and Renovations are located in the heart of Dunedin, FL
Family owned and operated, The Nickerson Family are fairly new to Dunedin but not new to building. Our roots go all the way back to Ontario, Canada, where our family is still building today. But this branch took a right turn and moved operations to Dunedin, Florida where the climate is more favorable to our design and build style.
